Ordered knee pad for Breg ice machine. Also ordered sanitary pad as well on the same order. Sanitary pad arrived with "Order Complete" on invoice. I hurriedly ordered the knee pad again--my knee surgery was less than a week away. Paid extra for shipping. I was surprised when the knee pad arrived two days later--from the first order. A few days after my surgery, the second knee pad arrived. It was opened at home--I was still in the hospital. Now I have an extra, very expensive, knee pad that I never hope to need.

I had prior experience using the ViscoSpot heel cups by Bauerfeind with the blue in the center. I called before confirming the order to make sure I was getting what was shown on the web site. What I received is different.....it has star with white and blue. I called Bauerfeind to be informed that the ones with blue in the center was old style and what I have received are the new ones. Well, I am disappointed as the new ones are not helping me with plantar tendopathy at all. A few years ago when I bought the old type, it did wonders for me. I think I wasted my $$.

Cannot wear the brace with any shoe I own. The "buckle and loop" on the side digs into my foot and is very painful. Will be returning for a full refund since it fails to function as advertised. For $100 I had hoped the device would help me!
