Their price matching is for real. I just called in, talked to a representative named Chris, and he took off 10%. The shipping took awhile, but it was also the holiday season. Great! I will be a returning customer.

Thank you for the kind review Lin. Yes, the holidays are our busiest time of the year, which may cause some delays. We are working on expediting the delivery time for our customer. Again, thank you for the feedback.

Left a message on the weekend with an answering service regarding a Breg hip pad, which was promptly returned Monday. The transaction was quick and I had my pad in hand on Wednesday. Thanks for the prompt and efficient service, from a satisfied customer.

My Ossur knee brace shipped the same day. Would definitely buy from them again for any sports injury down the road. They also answered a few questions for me on the phone. Great customer service.
