Shop OrthopedicsReviews of shop-orthopedics.com

Easy to order, quick to ship. Would have rated higher but constant email reminders to rate dropped the score.

I ordered two knee braces. When I received the package, there was only one and it was the wrong kind. I sent a message and very quickly got a response and we asked in I wanted to switch them up. I responded yes and highlighted that I only received one. There were several days of no response, so I sent another message asking what had happened. From that point on the customer service was wonderful and it made up for the bumpy start. I would recommend this shop and their products.

Seemed they delivered in a timely manner.

We Contacted the returns department but heard nothing and the telephone went to voice mail. However, found out they were moving and phone system was temporarily messed up. After several days they sent a return authorization as soon as they got my messsge.

This is a big help.

I was surprised to see that the products are significantly cheaper online. wish I had known that before I made purchase through store

wonderful product. delivery time frame good! Thankyou!

So far so good. The Ossur Foot Up inlays stretch out over time, so they need to be replenished. Best price and no frills. Definitely returning to this in the future.
