They had a problem with my credit card because of my VPN. If you use a VPN your card may show up as a fraud. They should have told me more about why they couldn't enter my order so I could fix it.First time this ever happened to me.

I paid for expedited shipping, was a little disappointed by how 'un' expedited it was.

The product is great..and was shipped and delivered quickly..my complaint is that the night I ordered I decided to cancel and go in another direction so I left a msg. that evening..emailed the person who processed my credit card and called and left a message the next morning with the customer service person specifically cancelling the order with my name, phone number and order #..no response..A couple of days later the product was shipped.. There seems to be a glitch in the customer service department ? Thank you for your timely response to my situation. I appreciate that you care enough to let me know that you had a system failure and I will consider using you again. You do have quality products and timely shipping for sure.

Next day air actually took two days plus the weekend. Additionally, the vendor told me it would take a day or te to process the order., apparently the fulfillment center does not operate after hours and on weekends. Would I use the company again? Understanding the above short comings and with enough lead time, maybe. At this time I paid almost double the cost of the product in shipping!

I ordered an ankle pad for my Glacier cold system and it stays warm for the most part.

Everything was great except I was told I would receive the walking boot on Friday, I didn't get it until 3 days later. If I had known that I would've chosen the better shipping option.
