Excellent service. I placed my order in the morning and Shop Ortho processed and shipped the brace on the same day. I received the brace the next day, which was a day earlier than I thought I would get it. They did a great job to meet my needs for an urgent order.

A year ago I dealt with 3 mos of knee pain, and for the life of me couldn't pinpoint how I hurt myself. It was finally determined that I have medial side articular cartilage damage in my RT knee and I was told that in lieu of surgery, I might get by with an Unloader brace. So I picked the Ossur Unloader One for my RT knee because it was very low profile. [Cue the music for miracles...] Changed my life! No pain, and low profile enough that I can wear under my jeans and people barely notice. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Just walking down the stairs and I hear and feel "crunch." End up with clicking and pain, just like last year. I guess my cartilage is getting old and brittle. Last year you couldn't find the Ossur Unloader One with Smart Dosing dial online. This year, lo' and behold, I found it on Shop-Orthopedics! So I bypassed the weeks of doctor visits and insurance hassle because I'm positive that I'm dealing with the same issue on this knee as last year, so I ordered one for the LT knee. I was a little concerned when I kept checking status for a couple of days and it kept showing "processing." Then suddenly I got a notice from UPS that the brace would arrive the next day--definitely within the 3 day window that I originally expected. Tried the brace on. It appears a smidge longer than last year's (probably a good thing in terms of physics), and I guess last year's brace is "broken in" as it fits like a glove. This new brace is, well, new so it is a little stiff and needs to conform to the leg better but I fully expect that to occur over time. Overall, I'm super happy with the purchase and the experience. I can walk now without pain, so again, life-changing. My only suggestion is to update the "status of your order" screen faster to avoid giving your CXs anxiety.

Ossur referred me to them for medical grade boot walker that wasn’t available at my Dr’s office. Customer service was outstanding. I ordered a walker my Doc recommended but I had issues with it fitting loose. They helped me with measurements for a walker in an XS vs. the S that I had, and ultimately helped guide me to a boot walker from Ossur that offers air compression to fill in the boot thereby securing my foot properly and stopped it from sliding side to side.
