Shop OrthopedicsReviews of shop-orthopedics.com

Very happy with my product as I've tried order this same item from other places... once I recieved it, it would not be the right item.

I am happy with the ordering and the product. Now that the shipping issue has been resolved I am happy to change from 4 stars to 5. I recommend buying from this company.

Once again, I am more than pleased with the excellent customer service that I have received from this company, especially from Chris! I highly recommend Shop-Orthopedics.com. They offer a vast selection of products, a wide variety of shipping options, (incl free on minimum purchases) & premier customer service!

The item i ordered arrived on time and is exactly as described online. Great price also, I will be ordering again when necessary.

Excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

Chris Olivares was my contact. We communicated via email regarding a purchase to help relieve my mother’s chronic back pain. I did make an error with the order but was promptly contacted with instructions on how to complete it correctly to get what we needed. I felt Chris went above and beyond to help expedite the order. The Polar Care cold therapy machine has been just what Mom needed. Thank you!

Product delivered per promised delivery date; correct product received and packaging was appropriate. Very competitive pricing.

Trusted site. Fast shipping, no inconveniences.
