5 stars on the company 1 on product 1 on product because it was extremely hard and useless for my situation. It is all packed and ready for return. Company was great to deal with and quick response on the need to return. If anything, I was the one who was impatient do to my experiences with other companies in regards to returns. Thank you and keep up the good work.
