Thanks for the review, Jim! 🙏 We make our custom insoles to be around the same thickness as the factory insoles that came in shoes in order to not cause any issues with how the shoe fits in the upper. We definitely take your feedback into mind and research whether some thicker options would make sense, especially for certain types of shoes.
