As part of a running group, we partnered with Shoely on an event. The rep did the scan for us and a shoe expert provided a list of recommended shoes based on questions asked by the in-person rep. The experience was excellent. The shoes and insoles arrived roughly 2 weeks from the date of order. The custom insoles were great. However, as an avid runner, the insoles snapped/broke at around the 300-mile mark. The insole lasted roughly 5 months, with regular running use. I was told I should replace them with every new pair of shoes I buy (300-500 miles). It narrowly met the minimum mileage mark. However, the insoles did not last as long as the shoes. I am going strong with a different set of insoles.

Shoely provides good service

Customer service is great! However, it is difficult to search for shoes on the website. It would be nice for it to categorize it even further. For example, clicking on "casual" gives me a 10+ pages of shoes but I'm not familiar with all the brands so I'm clicking through each page to see what shoes are offered on the website.

Finally I got a pair of shoes fitting the width of my feet. Shoely could, however, speed up the delivery.
