Quick shipping (30 min) easy install, 3 hours with hand tools in my garage, with no help. Looks great on my XP4. Can’t wait to get it out on the trails. Also quick response to all emails, usually same day, if not same hour.

First of all I would like to give Gina a big thank you for her awesome customer service and help getting one of our great customers back on the trail. They we’re leaving for a big trip to Hatfield and McCoy and the shocks rode so stiff on comfort mode on there 19 Dynamix for are type of riding here on the east coast, so we had Shock Therapy re-valve and new springs installed for them they called 3 Days into their vacation to thank us. They said there 19 Dynamix is now amazing and rides like a Cotton ball and worth every dollar they spent.Thank you to everyone at Shock Therapy for helping us keep great customers happy

quality product with good online mounting instruction on website

The product was great quality! The installation however was another story. The video installation tutorials are great but they have not kept them up to date with either new models of UTV's or changes that they have made in their product line. I reviewed their site and read the written instructions but unfortunately those were not up to date either and seriously lacked photos. This left me guessing as to where to place some of the updated parts. In short great product but not everyone is a mechanic so poor score for execution.

World of difference, only thing is now my front walker shocks are topping out when jumping. Called shock therapy and they said walker fronts are notorious for that. Run it. Best upgrade hands down
