The crew at shock therapy have been a ton of help with the suspension and handling on our Polaris RZR Xp 1000 that we race in the Dirt Riot series

I own a 2015 Polaris RZR 900 S I had the shocks revalved and went with a two-stage crossover spring. I was absolutely amazed of the difference. Money well spent. Awesome service, quick turnaround, great job guys

Made a useable machine out of it

Outstanding customer service. I absolutely impressed with the way they do business. You make an apointment and they tell you to make sure your shocks are there by that day. I was like this is to good to be true. At the end of the day on scheduled apointment I received a call that my shocks were done and they collected payment and they were shipped out the same day. Wait, what????? Hold up, say that again. You don’t hear of that in the off road industry. So nice not to have to call and pester and pester about when I am getting my parts back. Also with the apointment, I scheduled it when it was conviennent for me. So I did not miss any rides or races. Keep it up fellas, oh and ladies.

They have very excellent quality products, some of the best. I didn't rate 5 stars because I believe that got too big too quick. I have had mixed results with customer sales reps, and sent non-fitting items that were rushed out before a diligent R&D was performed. However, the customer service dude then went above and beyond to rectify the situation. But for my level 3 spring kit, I got a one size fits all treatment and felt a bit dumbed down by the rep even though I know my way around a shim stack. ( and the primary rears are the wrong rate for my application). I don't think a set of Walkers rebuilt and sprung by them couldn't last more than 4000 miles until they disintegrate into High Desert yard art. I would buy there stuff again though, and again. Top notch machining, killer tolerances, and USA made. Their Tech guys/gals know their stuff. I see why so many companies imitate ST products.

Work great. Increased my ability to carry heavy loade over rough terrain.
