Shipping was fast and product received is as described. Installation is straight forward if you watch the installation videos on YouTube. Product looks well made and should do what it is designed to do. I give it 4 stars only because it is difficult to drill the hole precisely with the step drill that comes in the kit. The step drill does not naturally follow the hole like a standard drill bit would. Due to the angle of the hub when mounted in a shop vise it is hard to hand drill the hole perfectly square with the existing hole. Ideally, a large drill press or vertical mill with an adjustable table would be the best way to do a perfect job.

These shocks will be a huge improvement over the stock ones. Put these on a 2015 Polaris XP1000 Highlifter. They did not have specific install instructions for the Highlifter. I started with the measurements they provided for the regular XP1000 and adjusted from there. I did have the sway bar disconnected on the stock set up but had to hook it back up because there is way more body roll with these plush new shocks.
