No tracking or delivery information
It would be nice if this company provided delivery details. When I reached out and asked about my package, this is their response -"We only send notification emails on purchase and once it's shipped. You can calculate delivery date by adding ~6 business days to the shipping date". This company should provide delivery details or tracking information.

To receive a tracking number in your notification email, simply opt in to tracking. If you skip this option, your package will be shipped as an untracked shipment. Untracked shipments were introduced in 2014 – this is the main feature of Shitexpress.
