When the order was placed, the quoted price was based on the market conditions at that time. As with all auto transport brokers, pricing is subject to carrier availability and current market conditions. We made every effort to secure a carrier at the original quoted price, but despite extensive dispatch efforts, no carrier was willing to accept the shipment at that rate. Once a carrier became available, the market rate had increased significantly, and we presented that option to the customer without any obligation to accept it. The reservation fee was not retained arbitrarily. As outlined in the signed Terms and Conditions, the deposit covers the dispatch, reservation, and administrative services that begin immediately after an order is placed. Additionally, our records indicate that the shipment was ultimately arranged through another transportation company while our order was still active, which, under the agreed terms, makes the reservation fee non-refundable. We also categorically deny the allegation that we offered a refund in exchange for removing a review or that we have posted fake reviews.
