Overall I had a good experience shipping a boat from PA to UT with Ship with Trusty. Mark was able to coordinate the shipping within my budget and on the desired timeline. The boat was picked up and delivered on schedule and in good condition. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pricing and payment terms were not totally clear from the outset and I ended up paying more than the initial estimate when it was all said and done. However, the price I paid was still lower than most quotes I received from other vendors, so I feel like I got a good deal. Would use them again.

Absolute Bait-and-Switch Scam! Do Not Trust Them. Everything went wrong with this company from start to finish. I booked them to ship my vehicle, but "Ship with Trusty" proved to be completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. First, they completely missed their scheduled pick-up time, I have to leave my car behind for air travel to my new place. But the absolute worst part was the pricing. Once it came time to move the car, they pulled a massive bait-and-switch and demanded more than twice the initial quote!I refused to be taken advantage of, canceled their service, and ended up going with a much better, actually reliable car shipping company. Save yourself the massive headache and the financial stress—stay far away from these people.

I had a great experience working with Robert. I tried using a couple other companies initially and they weren't able to locate a driver. Robert had my bike loaded and delivered within the same week. Pretty good for 1300 mile trip.
