The Miss-leading and ill-practice of ShipStation
Tried to use ShipStation with a RONGTA 80mm Series printer only to be told they are not compatible and I had to get another printer. They guided me to printers from $200 to $380 after claiming my label printer is not compatible. Well... My $40 printer just happens to work just fine on your platform with some extremely minor tweaks. Hilarious how support to try upsell you on their own platform to ridiculously expensive thermal printers when a RONGTA does the trick... Nice try ShipStation ;) 1* from me you lying sods. Not only did they claim in their emails the RONGTA 80mm was not compatible they now publicly come back saying you can get it to work 😂 JOKE of a company.
