Ordering on front end was a little frustrating on Android (drop-downs increased selection of bag size on 1 of 4, and defaulted to insuring at $2K for 3 of 4 bags). Could not readily reach Customer Service. However, labels, instructions, dropoff and delivery service were great. Bags arrived a day early, so track carefully. Subsequent email for small refund answered and resolved promptly. Would use again.

Wow! What a great way to travel! No bags at the airport and having them arrive before we checked into the hotel was such a treat.

2 days?? Wow thank you , not your fault I paid UPS $9.99 NOT to deliver it Saturday because I was not home and deliver it Tuesday but they did anyway and had a nieghbor put them in the house….. uggg I asked them for my money back and heard nothing, if you have a number great thank yiu
