my first try with Ship & Play. Suitcase got to it's destination intact. AND a Day Early!

Being able to ship clubs, luggage, and boxes was convenient. Pick up was okay.

Shipping my clubs was easy and no hassle. Unfortunately FedEx messed up and our clubs were not at our destination for our first round despite the FedEx tracking system saying they had been delivered to the pro shop. Ship and Play were great with tracking down our clubs and getting them to our final destination before our next round. They also paid for our rental clubs, shoes, and balls for the first round. Even though our clubs were not at our destination for our first round of golf I feel they made it right and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Only tip I would tell anyone is to call and check with the pro shop or golf course to double check your clubs arrived prior to your arrival for your tee time.

It worked, but the resort was not familar with the process and still charged a handling fee.

Everything promised was fulfilled!

Easy to work with and the whole process was well communicated. Pickup and dropoff were performed at the times indicated.

I'm ecstatic that my package came without any issues

I shipped 18 boxes and one oversized suitcase cross country. Shipping costs were reasonable and I received my packages 2 to 3 days earlier than expected. Nothing was broken or missing. I would definitely use Ship & Play again.
