The service is great! I was disappointed to see the price go up so much since last summer.

Good customer service When fed ex didn’t show up and we had to bring bags to our office locally they gave some credit to make it right. Feels a bit overpriced for what it is overall, but our bags got there and back.

Over all very good. Just a little expensive.

The ease of transporting trunks to and from camp was ideal and made my life so much easier. Only complaint I have is that trunks came home pretty scratched and dented.

Overall excellent. The only reason not 5 stars is bc I couldn’t get through w phone support and text support was not reliable. I did end up using email support and that worked well and responses were quick.

The process was smooth and seamless. My tags arrived about a week before the pick up date. Bags were picked up within the window and I was able to track them every step of the way. They arrived in 2 days even though I had chosen the 4 day option. This is a great company. The only reason I took off a star is because they used to honor promotions from Ship Go and now they don’t. Saving 20% on 4 bags is a lot of money and they should either honor or run a promo or return customer bonus of their own. This is my third year using Ship Camps and I would recommend them.

Great communication, transparent. Excellent tracking. Had to give 4 stars over 5 as price point very high.
