Great service
Great service . However the timing of their shipment for the camps is to rushed for kids getting out of school later and camp starting . Kids are in finals and not in the mindset to pack for camp .

Camp shipment
The positive: it process and shipment arrived earlier than expected time! The negative: they DO NOT package your shipments from camp; trunks and laundry bags. Our trunk was marked with black markings, dented, and the hinges broke. The laundry bag has black streaks all over it. I wish I had known they did not cover our packages as UPS has done in the past. I would provide pictures however there’s no place to leave a photo. For

Efficiency- A+/ Shipping - D- F
I was impressed with the efficiency of the pick up and delivery of the trunks. Picking them up on Saturday, after the campers had left, would have served us much better. The kids did not know what to keep out, or what to leave in. So, that being said, it caused a lot of stressful jamming and packing into our carryons just so we could get on the plane to fly home. Also, the tops of the trunks had deep scratches and scrapes. The transportation was not handled with much concern for the items, themselves.

I did like the customer service you…
I did like the customer service you provided and everything was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion, but unfortunately my daughter's trunk was pretty banged up and we had to order some new hardware for it that was broken. We had hoped this would be an heirloom she'd get to keep, but I'm just hoping the trunk lasts another trip to camp.

Delivery date for returning bags incorrect
We had no issues with bag pick up and delivery to camp. Unfortunately, we had issues with the returning of the bags. Our bags were delivered to the house 4 days earlier than we were told. We were not in town and had to scramble to make arrangements for someone to get the bags and store them from us. We received two different delivery dates on our tracking as well - one that said in transit and would be delivered on the expected date and another that said in transit and would be delivered that day (4 days early). It was hard to even know which one to follow as they were not in sync or accurate.

Hello HG, Thank you for your review! We're sorry for any confusion regarding your delivery dates. All shipments are "delivery-by", which means a shipment can arrive prior to the final commit date. In the future, we can set your camper's shipments to deliver to a local FedEx Office Print and Ship location which would hold the shipment for up to 5 days after arrival for customer pickup. We shipped our trunk to and from camp
We shipped our trunk to and from camp. It was very beat up upon receiving it back from camp. The frame of the box was actually bent. For the cost, I was hoping it would be in better condition, especially because both the trunk and shipping were so expensive.

Date change
We are supposed to have the trunks delivered on Tuesday and they were delivered Friday and Saturday, respectively. We had to scramble to get neighbors to bring the trunk in the garage because it was going to rain. The date that the trunks are delivered should be set in stone.

Our delivery dates are "delivery by", meaning shipments can arrive ahead of the commit date provided. In instances where early delivery would not be convenient, we are able to request a hold at a local FedEx Office. We can also place a future delivery request with the carrier, though these requests are not guaranteed. I love the convenience of ship camps…
I love the convenience of ship camps they were wonderful. I have to give 3 stars because our trunk was damaged pretty bad. The decals i put on are ripped and the paint of the trunk is also ripped.
