I used Ship4Wd for 4 LCL shipments in 2025 and encountered issues on almost every one. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and the absence of proactive updates when delays occurred. Each shipment ended up arriving later than the estimated arrival date, in some cases by a month or more. Whenever I reached out for an updated ETA, the support team either didn’t respond or replied that they were still waiting to hear from the carrier. On my most recent shipment, I waited over three weeks for delivery after paying customs, while the customs broker informed me the cargo was simply awaiting release from the carrier. I've also experienced unclear pricing and additional charges that were due after paying in full. Overall, I thought this was a good solution for my business and was OK paying a premium price because I was inexperienced in logistics. However, the amount of stress and uncertainty I experienced in dealing with Ship4Wd has not been worth it for me. I’m sharing this so others in a similar situation can make informed decisions and explore all available options. I have found that there are other freight forwarders that offer a higher level of service and more competitive pricing.

Hi Dustin, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry your recent shipments felt stressful; that’s not the experience we wish to provide. After carefully reviewing your shipments, our team actively monitored each booking and provided updates throughout the process. Shipment tracking is available on our platform 24/7 for real-time visibility. Please note that delays caused by the carrier during unloading are beyond our control, though we provided constant updates regarding any changes. We acknowledge that the delay over the long weekend and holiday in June should have been communicated more proactively. Regarding pricing, any adjustments were strictly due to changes from the original bookings, such as increase in shipment dimensions or palletization requirements of loose cargo and followed standard LCL practices in our T&C and during booking process. Please feel free to reach out anytime; we’re available 24/7 to assist. You can contact me directly at [email protected] Thank you again for your feedback.

Exceptional Service from Ship4WD and Santosh Bhatt! 🌟 I recently had the pleasure of working with Santosh Bhatt from Ship4WD, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his exceptional service and dedication. From the very start of my food trailer purchase journey to the moment it was safely in my hands, Santosh went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He meticulously coordinated every aspect of the process, effortlessly contacting agents from the warehouse where my trailer was purchased, handling shipping logistics, navigating customs, and ensuring a timely delivery. Even through my stressful moments, Santosh kept me at ease with his calm demeanor and consistent updates. His attention to detail and proactive communication made a world of difference, allowing me to focus on my business while he managed all the complexities involved in the transport. Santosh's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. He treated me like family, ensuring I was well taken care of throughout this entire process. What’s remarkable is that we haven't met in person; our interactions were solely via email and phone calls. Yet he made me feel safe and secure with my product! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated shipping services. Santosh Bhatt needs a raise and a promotion highly recommend and the entire Ship4WD team does not known what they have as a worker he has earned my highest praise and appreciation, and I believe he truly deserve recognition for his outstanding work!

Even though it’s a web-based order, the whole experience feels like real teamwork. The support is always personal, professional, and available — by phone or email — every step of the way. For me, professionalism and fast execution are key, and that’s exactly what I got. On top of that, the pricing is clear, fair, and very competitive — no hidden surprises. This is already my third order with them, including both LCL and FCL shipments
