Scam
On April 18 a company posing as Ship4WD was due to ship a cat to me from Sparta. NJ. On the very morning, I was asked to pay for a climate-controlled crate as that supplied by the breeder was insufficient for the 200 mile journey. Prices were from $1,500 up. At first, I accepted and offered credit cards to pay, which I was told were declined. The CC companies said no charge was attempted. The next suggestion was to work through the breeder and use gift cards. I refused. I had already paid the bogus Ship4WD in excess of $2,000 for refundable insurance. The shipment was not made, and the animal was returned to the breeder. I was told that the insurance premium would be refunded less a handling fee. To date, I have received nothing and the bogus Ship4WD ignores my communications. I believe I have been caught in a massive scam. It would seem that the breeder is posing as Ship4WD and I apologize to the true company.

This transaction was not carried out by Ship4wd. Ship4wd is an international B2B freight forwarding platform and we do not ship pets, we do not operate domestic US routes, and we do not accept gift card payments under any circumstances. We have reason to believe a third party may have fraudulently used the Ship4wd name in connection with this transaction. We take any unauthorized use of our brand extremely seriously and are reporting this review to Trustpilot accordingly. If you are in possession of any communications, documentation, or materials referencing the Ship4wd name in connection with this matter, we ask that you contact us directly so we may investigate and take appropriate action.
