The positive reviews must be from bots or people from within this company. I placed 3 orders for American Mahjong related products over the last few weeks. The first order was for some tiles and about 4 days my order was cancelled and was told I cant order them as gambling materials are not allowed in the US. Are you kidding me? The 2nd order was cancelled that included some mahjong rule & hand cards with line stickers. Why was this cancelled? No explanation. When I spoke to an agent for the company she reiterated what was mentioned above. But actually what is the point of this company? She later told me "At the moment, our current shipping partners are unable to handle these products. We are actively adding more partners that can support this type of cargo, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as this option becomes available." If your shipping partners can't handle these type of products why are you marketing and selling them??? WASTE OF TIME. Absolutely avoid if you actually want to receive the product you order.

Ajay communicated through out the delivery. Although the delivery itself was not smooth but Ajay was very helpful.

I wanted to like this forwarder but mediocre at best. They don’t take pictures as promised it’s a joke, I placed an order 4 months ago and has yet to have delivered. The quality of products were crap they clearly were not inspected thoroughly. Was excited as I import goods from overseas often but will still to my forwarding company who is a little pricey but consistent and never late and they quality check every order.

Ship4wd staff made sure every step in the shipping process was articulated and followed at a very professional level.

So they never sent my broker the manifest and didnt bother to copy my broker email correctly , thus emailing an address that doesnt exist. Because of their incompétence i was charged storage fees for late clearance on a low value shipment. All profit margins lost

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! STILL WAITING ON A REFUND FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED SINCE PROMISED ON 08/04! I placed an order since 06/14, a month after it still hasn't even been shipped out yet. This was my first time using this company's service and it has not been favorable. So I finally got my order, however, items were missing and getting a refund back from this company has proven to be a pain! I am still awaiting a refund that was supposed to be updated about a week ago.

I placed an order on 5/19/2026 on 6/4 I advised the company they were shipping the wrong items. THe issue is still unresolved. I tried this company because it claims to be easier that other companies to utilize. I can not get a human to call me back and my order is wrong. Emails are unprofessional and the experience is frustrating. I just want my order with the correct item received. I want to be valued as a new customer. I want professional communications. Price - similar to competition Service - horrid Communications - email out of hours only, no ability to call Delivery - ordered 5/19 still not shipped
