It was stated I would have this by the 25th and it was late. Her Christmas Present on Christmas Day was Late, how would you feel trying to explain why the best present ever was not there on an empty Christmas morning and don't get me started about what I had to explain to the children. You guys Suck

Our date for last orders for graphical jewelry items was December 16th and unfortunately you ordered on December 19th. It simply wasn't possible to make and deliver this item in time from when the order was placed. I'm very sorry about that.

Do not recommend
For the price I paid, I expected a higher quality necklace. The necklace chain broke the first time my wife wore it. The necklace I received was either very poorly manufactured, defective, or both. I sent a message to the company to initiate a return, but have yet to receive a response.

What was pictured on the add was nothing like what I got. Tje writing and the artwork was tiny. Gave this as a gift. very disappointed
