My order was placed and paid for on May 11th and I still don't have it!!! I have sent multiple emails requesting a status and no one will return with a response.

I ordered item May of 2020 and have yet to receive confirmation of order. In addition I had ordered previous items and requested 2 be exchanged for same necklace different design and did not receive exchange or response. Beware they will not exchange or take returns. Jewelry itself was okay not as good as I expected.

Ordered 04/08/2020 still haven’t received the order it is now 05/24/2020. Was told delayed due to covid. Same response both emails I have sent. Ordered for a graduation which has already happened. Beyond disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered something for my daughter on April 15 , 2020 and here it is the end of May and I haven't even gotten an email from them letting me know when or why my order hasn't shipped. It was for graduation and she has already walked and got her diploma. I just want an answer for when it's getting here.

Waited 2 months for my order. Kept sending messages. Y’all kept telling me its been shipped. 9 weeks later and after I had gotten my granddaughter something else for graduation. Yall decided to send it. Want order from this company ever again

Ordered on April 11, emailed 3 weeks later and was told due to COVID, things were backed up. Here we are almost in June, second email sent, and no response as to when I will receive this item which I purchased for my daughter’s graduation. Why promote a product for an upcoming event you can’t fulfill? I would just like my money back at this point, she graduates in a week!!

I waited over 6 weeks for my order!! They do not return emails!! But charged my credit card immediately!! I finally called my credit card co. and disputed the charge. Then I get an email from them canceling my order! Very dishonest!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO!!!!!
