Never again
This was awful ordered the wife a Christmas week a week and a half ago and still has yet to be shipped out for delivery and Christmas is next week! Awful customer service.

I'm very sorry about this. The item was shipped on December 11th and USPS are reporting the item is delayed in transit due to the busy holiday season. It's still moving and should still arrive before Christmas. We've definitely shipped it though and I've resent your tracking confirmation.

Crappiest product ever brought online!
This would be the crappiest necklace I have ever been given!! After just a few hours of wearing it I come out in a massive rash. My husband paid $97NZD for something worth around $2. Absolutely disgusted in the quality. Also no replies to emails for customer support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Absolute bait and switch garbage!
Absolute bait and switch garbage. The jewelry is barely worth $5 if that and it costs over $60. It's screen printed, faint and illegible... nothing like what the product pictures indicate. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Worst customer support I have seen
Worst customer support I have seen. Waiting for a refund from cancelled orders for over a month. Support emails are being ignored, and posts from their facebook group are being deleted.

Stay away, very bad workmanship
Ordered a necklace to honor my Mom's memory. Pendant is very poor quality. There are bubbles in the front, front not completed sealed, scratches on back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Waste of money
Bought a necklace from this site and I have bought jewelry online many times I won’t be buying from this site ever again the chains caused allergic reactions waste of 70 dollars
