I was disappointed in the quality, I Can barely read the painting on the front, it is too light and looks like it was stamped on...service and delivery was great thogh

The necklace was rather small and the green scroll work on the front not as clear or brilliant as I would have liked. Engraving on back was crisp but could have been more elegant. Delivery was acceptable and on time. Fair but not great deal for the price. I will be more cautious before buying more jewelry from this site.

I had missed typed in my email address and the rep fixed it right away. Then resent my order info to the correct email. I will give high marks for that however I did not get an email when my item was shipped.

Not of a quality I was expecting. Packaging also left a lot to be desired.

Product was smaller then expected and words are very tiny. If you got 20 20 cision you still need a magnifying glass to read it. Delivery time was good though I suggest to look for exact sizes before purchasing
