I purchased with them the shineon challenge and got scammed . I got charged and never got the access to the product . The support has been unresponsive.

This company also operates under the name bringthelove.com DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Despite ordering well in advance of my daughter's birthday I paid to expedite the order. After waiting more than a week without any shipping confirmation or updates I called. They have not even shipped my order or processed it and tell me I would have my product 5 days after my daughter's birthday. Their main company is not even listed under trustpilot.

I started an account as shine-on. It all sounded so positive, the company was bragging about how they help beginners in this space. Then they shut down my domain before it even began. They Stated were going in a different direction. Ok, guess I am going in a new direction as well, definitely not your direction. Not impressed!! Thanks for nothing.

Awful. Half the orders never arrived. No word from shineon despite many emails.

Went on line to order a cross for my grandson, added $20 for the mahogany box. Input my payment info and got message "payment details couldnt be verified try again" double checked my info everything was correct, so reentered, same message. Meantime saw pending charge for the amount pending on my bank account. Spent half hour messaging with "customer service". they asked for order number, i didnt get one since the payment was denied, was told maybe the charge on my bank wasnt from them which it was, I asked how they accessed my bank if the info didnt match, they didnt know. Finally gave up . Just witing to make sure no charge actually goes thru on my bank. Will NEVER order from these people again.

I'm a seller of ShineOn Jewelry and make custom message cards, and offer engraving and so forth. However, I experienced a problem with a customer's order, and attempted over a dozen times to get it fixed through their customer service support system only to find - THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I attempted to contact someone for help through their support system, through their Facebook groups, messages to their Facebook admins directly, and by phone. NOTHING WORKED. NO ONE EVER REPLIED. I did get a few replies over days to the ticket after hours and in the night that did not solve the problem - it's as if someone in India is replying randomly to the tickets. In fact, one rep made the situation worse. I did get replies but they never fixed the issue, the replies just went in circles. The customer's order never got fixed. So this message is to ShineOn Sellers: USE EXTREME CAUTION with this ShineOn company. YOU MAY BE TOTALLY ON YOUR OWN IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER! Also, I ordered some of my own products, the Jewelry is very cheap costume style jewelry from China that is massively marked up for retail. The customer is really paying for the ability to have a custom message card and engraving. Please be extremely careful. Your own business reputation may be on the line if you use ShineOn POD and if any problems or issues come up.

I ordered the the shield maiden love knot, it say 14k white gold and stainless steel. Its a fake chain, for 80 dollars it shouldnt be picked up by a magnet. Which it does i would like a full refund please

Bought a necklace from them i had seen avertised on facebook on the 8th of December for my partner. Emailed me to say download Route app to track my parcel, 14 days went by and still no tracking number. After 6 emails and 3 fb messages I got a reply to say they could not find my address on the post office. So after me stating you've had my money for 2 weeks and you have not even bothered to email me to say your struggling to find my address they refunded me in full and told me they would send the item still. Still hasn't arrived which I knew wouldn't.
