When I ordered the first necklace from here, it came quick & in the time that was said it would. When the necklace arrived, my wife loved it. The ONLY problem we had with it was the clasp wasn't fully closing so the necklace would fall off. I sent a picture of it in an email. They were sad to see that has happened & very quickly sent me a new one at NO extra cost to me. The new necklace arrived in the mail 2 days ago. I am VERY pleased with this company. I would absolutely order from here again. Thank you for lovely necklace & the amazing help to replace it.

After recieving a faulty product I was offered a full refund or a new product. I chose refund, and had the money back in my account within days. Only minus is that it took a while to get a hold of customer service, but when they did reply it all went smooth without any problems. (This review has been edited from a 1 star review.)

Nice product, but as soon as she went to put it on It broke and I had to fix it

Product was very nice but I noticed that you advertised if it was bought that day it would be in time for Christmas and it wasn't maybe you shouldn't advertise that unless it does get there although I realize I am in Canada and I wasn't expecting it to come before Christmas anyway but thanks

I have to modify my earlier review of Shine on. Their customer service is really exceptional. I complained about the horrible quality of the product that their website showcased. I was also influenced by my belated look at the BBB site that gave the crafter a F rating. Shine on admitted that this crafter was a problem and rather than put the onus for refunding on them, the promptly credit my Paypal account with the full refund. That's customer service. Admit that there's a problem and take action The crafter was "Handmade By USA Crafters" Beware
