Item arrived on time and in good shape. But the image in the heart pendant looks like it was made on a poor quality inkjet printer and printed on standard whit paper. It is hard to read and looks bad. Not even half the quality of the image advertised. It is a shame that the metalwork looks so great and then they used such a poor quality image. Makes it look like a $5 walmart pendant. Now I'm trying to decide it I even want to give it to my wife.

Only 3 stars, becouse it's took much too long time until it was delivered! 🤷♂️

My wife loves the necklace I got her but the clasp is very stiff and make it hard to put on and take off

The necklace I ordered for my wife broke after only wearing it for 2 days.

My husband love's the trinket, but thought the chain was not the right choice for the set. So he went to keslers jewlery and purchased a nice gold necklace to go with it. Now it look's nice together,
