I got this necklace for my wifes birthday and when she opened and put it on, the clasp was broken. I'm not very happy.

Hello, don’t really like to complain but I ordered a gift for my wife on the 4th/5th of December and and it’s now the 18th and it still hasn’t arrived.

Our support team are the best people to reach out to if there's anything you need assistance with [email protected] The package is on its way to you still, but as it's an overseas delivery to an island, during peak season, it does appear to be taking just a little longer than expected.

You keep sending to the wrong email account. Your database needs to be fixed. The email address is incorrect. There should not be a dot in the name.

Too expensive for such a small amount. Can’t even try it because of very cold weather here. I find your offer misleading and will never buy from you again.

Hey Stanley, is this feedback for us about your jewelry order? It doesn't seem to match a description of the types of products we sell.
