The product"Mo Ghrá" necklace
The product, when delivered, was nowhere like the apparent quality you showed in the FB ad. The graphics were barely visible, the background was gray instead of the vibrant white we were led to expect, and the glass was scratched. Extremely, extremely disappointed in the product, particularly in view of its cost.

Unfortunately we didn't recieve your email until 3 days after the order was placed, at which point it had already shipped out. I'm very sorry for this - we will reship it as soon as it reaches back to us.
