Product arrived a bit late, but…
Product arrived and was what was promised. Only drawback was length of time to receive it. Otherwise, good business, and good quality item. I would probably order items again in the future.

There was one other tumbler I wanted…
There was one other tumbler I wanted with my 40% discount offered, and was told there was a “glitch” with it and it couldn’t be added to my cart. I still can’t add it and don’t have my 40% discount anymore.

Quality of the product is very poor
Quality of the product is very poor, not at all what I expected to get, purse looks like a cheap vinyl with screen printing, for the price it was an absolute rip off and I would caution anybody to not purchase products from you

One of the items ordered weeks ago has…
One of the items ordered weeks ago has not been delivered but only days "In Transit" since May 20. No tracking number or shipping information available. No way to contact anyone to find out where the product is paid for is. Definitely not happy at the moment, and not going to recommend this company to anyone unless this gets resolved.

It took a while for my cup to arrive
It took a while for my cup to arrive, but once I received it I haven't stopped using it! It is beautiful, well made, and keeps my favorite drinks cold!
