I didnt know this was a scam. Signed up. Didn't boot fully and crashed on load. No one replies to support emails to get a refund.

Scammy. You purchase a virtual machine, it doesn't boot and they never respond to support inquiries. They take your money and you never receive a product in return. I can't see how they haven't been shut down.

I bought Virtual desktop for a Month on 17 June 2026 but it never worked. The support email on their website never responds back for any query. The support number in their website is always busy and never gets through This business is scamming peoples as I see similar reviews by others too.

FAO Jayson (CEO) — I subscribed on May 22nd and upgraded to the Plus plan on May 23rd. From day one, I was placed on the Tokyo server despite being based in Nigeria, resulting in a 5–7 second input lag that makes the platform completely unusable. I sent two support emails requesting a migration to Amsterdam. Four days later, I have received no response whatsoever. I have not been able to use the service at all. I am within my 7-day refund window and have formally requested a full refund via your support portal, but have received no acknowledgment. I am raising this publicly as a last resort before initiating a chargeback through my bank. I would prefer to resolve this directly. My account username is disbor21. Please respond urgently.

Server never managed to restart after reaching out for support and never hearing back. Essentially just burned one month's e worth on a server that will not boot after shutting down. It was good until it wasn't. Avoid. Company essentially on autopilot.

⚠ Do not pay for shells its horrible! ⚠ i would not recomand shells to anyone! Its so bad, the vm is laggy, and dosnt even connect 90% of the time! i lost my work since i cant even connect to their vm, since it just gives me errors. Also the vm its extremly laggy, i open firefox and it freezes. 20 dollars a mounth for 2gb of ram is outragus. There are free apps that do better than this. dont buy this sh!t!!! Wish i could get an refund...

First it set up the server in Germany although we're in the US and then they said there is an error that will take a few weeks to resolve. Finally appeared to be resolved after three months of trying but tried logging onto the virtual computer and only got an error message. This company needs to spend considerable effort improving their infrastructure and creating a working product.
