Sheet Music DirectReviews of sheetmusicdirect.com

This website is a complete con. When you create a login to be able to buy and download sheet music, they automatically sign you up with a ‘PASS subscription’ trial. The monthly trial is free but then, and this is the important part, it automatically renews itself unless you cancel it. It’s immoral.

Je me rends compte qu'on me prélève 9,99 euros tous les mois à mon insu.

By mistake, I ordered a piece of music which is a much higher level than my ability to play as a beginner. I wrote a message to the Sheet Music Direct customer's service and received a prompt response. They canceled my order, refunded me and provided all necessary info to make a new order suitable for me. This is an example of a great service which will definitely keep me as their customer for future needs.

Die teuersten Noten meines Lebens! Gut versteckte ungewollte Abonnement-Annahme.

I got in touch with the support service at sheet music direct and they replied immediately and solved the issue! Highly recommend and trust!

Achtung. Man bestellt etwas und bezahlt. Soweit alles in Ordnung.
