Had a small misunderstanding but worked out with customer service

Biggest $$ item I'd ever ordered online - almost $1800. Good customer communication helped me breathe a little easier. Turned out the unit I ordered was out of stock, and they offered an immediate refund - or wait 2 weeks for a new shipment. I decided to wait, and it turned out it was available sooner than promised. The local shipper was great too, easy to work with. Their earliest delivery date didn't work for me, so they scheduled another for a Friday afternoon. Was a little concerned about getting the pallet up by driveway, but the driver was most helpful, and put it right where I wanted it. Very nicely packed too. I'm a very happy customer!

It took over a month to receive the ordered item. Customer service was great. They were very helpful and sincere whenever we called.

I was very pleased with transaction with this seller. The shed arrived ahead of expected delivery. I wouldn't hesitate buying from here again.

We moved to a smaller house and needed storage fast...we called in Shed For Less to the rescue and it was quick, reasonably priced and rather easy to put together...with a little patience. and also FREE shipping. We live on a dirt road and we laughed when the driver of an 18 wheeler called to see if he could come to our front door. We met him at the end of the road in this case. He was very professional and helped with the transfer to our truck. The folks a sheds for less were wonderful and easy to work with also. Everything arrived in excellent condition and the shed looks great in our yard. Thanks to all that made this a great and easy experience.

I was quite pleased with my shed order. I was happy BEFORE it was delivered because I received a call from Customer Service stating I was receiving a free floor with my shed order and I had ordered another floor. I was asked if I wanted two floors. When I told them that I only wanted one floor, I was told that the money for the second floor would be returned to me...it was! They could have kept the money and shipped two floors but that is what I call great customer service.

ABF was prompt. They called and said they would be there within the hour and they were there well before the hour was up. Gary, the driver, was extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I would definitely use this service again if I had a say in it.

I shopped around a lot before deciding on Shedsforlessdirect. Other online and retail businesses (like Home Depot) offer price matching but their system for doing so is a pain. Shedsforlessdirect had everything in stock and all arrived as promised within the given timeframe. My only concern was other than an acknowledgement email and tracking number there was no update other than "Processing" for and entire week before a local delivery business called to say they would be handling the local delivery one week later.
