One of the WORST experiences with a company I’ve ever had! First of all they operate under so many different names. It’s ridiculous to keep track of who’s emailing you and contacting you. Secondly, the delivery was two weeks late. I received an email with guidelines on.” what to expect on day of delivery.” included. That the delivery will be made between 8 AM and 5 PM. Well, my package was finally delivered four weeks after ordering on a Sunday night at 10:31 PM!! third, the independently hired delivery company had my 1500 pound pallet on an open trailer that was pushed off the trailer and literally tumbled onto part of my driveway and the rest on my neighbors flower bed landing on it top UPSIDE DOWN! Plenty of pictures to show this. The driver acknowledge that and told me it was the sellers problem to deal with any damages, the seller told me it was the delivery company problem to deal with, and then eventually told me to deal with Yardistry directly for any replacement due to damages.!! SO THANKS FOR DOING NOTHING BUT ADDING MORE THINGS FOR ME TO DO IN MY ALREADY BUSY SCHEDULE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I WILL BE POSTING THIS EXACT REVIEW ONLINE FOR OTHERS TO READ AND RECONSIDER THEIR DECISIONS.! THANKS FOR NOTHING SHEDS FOR LESS DIRECT!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, and we understand how stressful it can feel when a large delivery does not go as expected. We want to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our company operates solely under ShedsForLessDirect.com with one phone number and one point of contact. We do not operate under multiple names, and any communication or coordination you received would have been directly through us or our partnered suppliers and carriers involved in fulfilling your order. Regarding the delivery concerns, we rely on independent freight carriers for final-mile delivery, and unfortunately, once a shipment leaves the manufacturer, we are not physically present at the time of delivery. That said, we took your concerns seriously from the start and worked continuously to help resolve the situation. In your case, we provided multiple accommodations, including sending replacement lumber on several occasions for items reported as damaged. We also offered a full replacement unit, which was declined. Additionally, we offered to send a representative to your location to inspect the shipment, review parts, and assist with inventory and damage documentation in person—an offer that was also declined. We understand that when expectations are not met, the process can feel overwhelming, especially with multiple parties involved. Our goal throughout was to support you in resolving the issue as efficiently as possible and ensure you received all usable materials needed for your project. We regret that the resolution we worked toward did not meet your expectations. We value all customer feedback and use it to continue improving our processes and communication. Thank you again for your time and for your business.
