Additionally, the sill plate you referenced is included only with the optional floor kit, which was not part of your order. Although our team paid the carrier fee to ensure a scheduled delivery call with signature, it’s clear the carrier did not follow through as expected, and that’s not the level of service we want for our customers. While the carrier’s actions were outside of our direct control, we take full responsibility for making sure our partners meet the standards we promise. This order was cancelled and refunded in full prior to shipping. Hi Kelly, I see you were refunded in full and we did not ship this item. We're sorry we could not complete this order for you to your satisfaction. Respectfully, -Travis (owner) Hi Kelly, we apologize for any confusion on our shipping service. The item you purchased ships via freight common carrier. This is the same shipping service used by all dealers of this product. Adding a liftgate service to freight deliveries is an additional fee. We give our customers the option to add this service for $100 or save $100 by not adding it. I can see on your order you selected No Liftgate. Our terms on the checkout page goes over exactly how our delivery works in the Large Item Delivery section right at the top of our terms that you are required to agree to before the checkout page will be activated to allow checkout. Did you get a chance to read these terms? I'll have our support staff email these to you. We do our best to be up front with our customers and let them know up front on the product page and again on the checkout page how the item ships. It looks like we did that here for you. Did you need to cancel your order? If you are not satisfied with our service we offer we understand and are happy to give you a full refund if you cancel prior to this shipping. When ordering this customer requested that we deliver a storage building that weighs over 700 lbs to his backyard past a fence and on some gravel area. We explained to him that our free delivery service is only to the curb. If he wanted to move the item to the backyard that would be an extra fee for white glove service to move it to a location he wanted or we recommended that he have 2-3 people to help move the item from the curb where it is delivered. This is industry standard and no company in our industry offers delivery onto a customer's property. The rest of this review is about the product which is manufactured by Lifetime Products, not our company. The installation manual is detailed that the item must be installed on a flat level surface constructed of concrete or wood. A gravel foundation will not allow proper installation and that is probably the main cause of this customer being disgruntled. The Lifetime sheds are one of the best, if not the best plastic sheds made in the USA. Update to customer's update: We did deliver it from our location to the customers home. This item was delivered with lifegate and lowered to the customer's entrance of their driveway. Deliveries are curbside only in the freight industry and we do recommend you have 2-3 people to move the item to it's desired location; especially when a customer is inquiring about moving the item as this customer was. The bottom line here is the customer received the industry standard delivery with added liftgate service which most companies do not add for free and also purchased the item at the lowest price available anywhere at any store online. This customer never contacted us with a complaint and this review is a little unfair.
