Buyer beware. My experience with Shay Coaching was disappointing, inconsistent, and not worth the amount I paid. This is not an elite program or service. The marketing statement about being an elite program is farther from the truth. The program changed frequently, disorganized, communication was inconsistent, and I do not believe I received all of the services I paid for. For the price, I expected significantly more structure, support, accountability, and value. Prospective clients should also understand the strict no-refund policy before enrolling. I found some of the owner’s communication and business practices concerning. There are ethics issues too long to list. At times, interactions felt manipulative and overly focused on payment/her earnings rather than actually delivering a positive client experience. So before investing your hard-earned money, research other coaching programs, compare what is being offered, read every policy carefully, and get all promised services in writing. Be cautious of high-pressure or manipulative sales tactics for vulnerable women. I also recommend researching the owner’s professional and business history and understanding your options for filing consumer or state complaints if promised services are not provided. Do not be intimidated if you are not receiving what you were promised and file complaints.

This is just my opinion about the Shay…
This is just my opinion about the Shay better coaching LLC and staff ..I am cautioning people/women that when that are discussing with you on their classes and cost , do not allow any fast talking staff to move fast online to get you to sign any papers someday unless you get a contract from them and/or terms of condition information read it over CAREFULLY take at least a day or so to review it first before signing on the dotted line…if they insist you sign it the same day just know that it is a red flag and you need to reconsider if that particular program is right for you.. again this is just my opinion on my experience with them..I am now stuck with a $7900.00 loan by their chosen loan company to pay over a 3 year period it includes interest which is very high interest also, for from what I heard is $5000 for class for 3 months…and currently I still have no idea of class start date nor titles of class nor end date… I am feeling very ill over how fast talking people, moving quickly for you to sign papers same day can get you trapped for life time in debt and us consumers feeling pressure to sign the same day papers can quickly get you in debt messing up your life and livelihood and ability to enjoy your life..so I caution you to make sure you ask lots of questions before you sign any legal papers, make sure you review all papers, terms of conditions and all information you can get before you sign papers and please take at least 3 days to review it and even allow someone legal to review it so you make sure you understand what is at stake for you because an informed consumer can make the best decision for themselves, I wish I had known to do that before I signed on the dotted line, I wish to God I never knew of them and wish to God I never allowed myself to be pulled into this mess entanglement of enormous amount of debt for classes that I have no idea would be worth that amount of money... I want everyone to be careful and not end up in the debt and mess I find myself in current situation by signing something i really did not understand clearly and also you need to know before you sign if they state “No refund” and also if words are found that state “ absolutely no exceptions to refunds” once you see that you as a consumer please make the best informed decision for yourself.... I hope my review and opinion will help someone not make the biggest mistake of their life with regret of a bad financial decision that can truly mess up your life especially when you are a senior and you did not mean to get yourself into such heavy debt by signing papers and you really did not understand what you were signing up too and now find yourself trapped for few years owing money and possibly not receiving your monies worth. Good luck to you and I hope this helps you make sure you make an informed decision for any future signing your name to something or programs that can mess up your financial security that you have tried to build for yourself and family.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you are feeling distressed about your decision. We care deeply about the women we serve and take any public concern seriously. We also believe in transparency and honesty.
Deborah attended a live training where she expressed in front of many witnesses she wanted our help. She was then assigned a specialist to assist her with enrolling into one of our programs directly from the website.

shows that Deborah was excited and happy to enroll. Our staff walked her through the process and Deborah demonstrated zero distress during the call. As an organization we don't sell or convince women to enroll in our premium, highly sought after programs.
For clarity, enrollment into our programs requires that participants confirm they are financially stable and capable of fulfilling the investment they are choosing to make.
We are a wellness love mastery agency serving highly successful women who prefer the support and guidance of a company with a solid track record for helping women to achieve their life and their love goals.
Our programs are not emergency or hardship-based services; they are premium personal development experiences. As part of our enrollment process, clients must review and electronically sign a detailed agreement that clearly outlines tuition, payment terms, program structure, and our no-refund policy — including the clause stating there are no exceptions.
In this case, the check box agreeing to our no refund policy, was reviewed online, and voluntarily selected. The no-refund clause was clearly visible within the transaction. We always encourage individuals to read documents carefully, ask questions, and take the time they need before signing. No one is ever forced to enroll.
The financing option selected was provided by a third-party lending company. We do not set or control their interest rates, loan terms, or repayment schedules. Those details are governed entirely by the lending institution and agreed to directly by the client at the time of application.
After enrollment, when buyers remorse and second thoughts were expressed, we immediately offered to meet personally, provide additional clarity, and even extend a private session with Shay to ensure support and understanding. Our goal was to ethically resolve any concerns and help navigate feelings of uncertainty that can sometimes arise after making a significant investment.
Having second thoughts is a normal part of this process.
According to neuroscience, our subconscious mind will often sabotage us to stay where it is predictable even if it causes us pain. It is for this reason we have no refund clause because we don't support women in sabotaging themselves. We've had multiple clients thank us for standing true to the no-refund clause because it allowed them to change their life for the better and attract more peace, happiness, abundance and a love they've never experienced before.
Unfortunately, rather than continuing dialogue, a formal dispute and legal threats were initiated, despite the signed agreement outlining dispute procedures. This required our legal team to respond in accordance with the contract.
We understand that large financial decisions can bring up stress or buyer’s remorse. However, we must uphold the integrity of clearly signed agreements and protect the structure that ensures fairness for all participants.
We remain committed to transparency, ethical business practices, and serving women who are fully prepared — financially and emotionally — to honor the commitments they choose to make.
We are always open to respectful and constructive communication within the framework of the agreement.
