Not enough lubrication. I'm really disappointed with this product, and I'm happy I received it is a free sample and didn't spend my money on it. Perhaps it needs to go back to the drawing board and the formulation changed. I even used it with shaving oil and that slightly improved the experience.

Your shave cream provided me with the smoothest shave ever. It provided a shave with no razor drag, no burning of the skin, and with a great fragrance (not overwhelming). Lastly, the shave cream performed equally well on my head which I also shave daily.

I found the shave cream to be very good. Great shave with especially if you foiiow the directions. I have been using Neutrogena for sensitive skin. Your product seems to be better, can you tell me why.

I was excited to try this product but it quickly faded when I squeezed some product into my hand. The smell was awful. I followed the directions but there was absolutely no lathering. The glide seemed to be good, and I felt like it softened my face, but did nothing to soften my beard. I would tackle the smell first as that was the thing that turned me off the most. It was a bad combo of Noxema and nursing home

Scent is the hardest thing to get correct and that is why we wanted to hear back from customers so we could make adjustments. As for the texture, this was intentional for 2 reasons. First, this product soaks into your skin to allow the hair to absorb moisture and expand to the surface for a better, closer shave. Most lathering shave creams are topical and don't soak into the skin at all. Second, the thicker shave creams actually dull your razor faster. If you like thinner shave creams as opposed to gels or foam this is a great choice. Nice masculine scent and leaves skin soft and smooth.

Hello Michael and thank you for the honest feedback. We purposely made the shave cream thinner for 2 primary reasons. First, the product seeps into your skin and allows the hair to soak up moisture prior to shaving which expands the hair and pushes it up to the surface allowing for a closer shave. Most shave creams from a can or tube are topical and don't soak into the skin at all. Secondly, thicker shave cream actually dulls your razor faster and hurts your overall shaving experience.
