I sent in four knives. Three expensive Japanese hand forged cooking knives and a Benchmark folding knife I carry. All 4 came back sharp enough to cut paper. I actually tested all 4 this way. Very impressed!

I am a professional oboe player. Oboists use highly specialized beveled reed knives to make oboe reeds. The angle and evenness of the bevel is imperative. After months of use, it has to be re-established. Sharpenters clearly understood the issue and did an absolutely gorgeous job re-surfacing my knives. Thank you, Sharpenters!
