It was easy! Mail my dull knives to Sharpenters and receive super sharp knives back. So happy with the results!

The knives are sharp
The knives are sharp, however there are black stains on three of the knives. Also the serrated knife has much smaller teeth, I would have expected to the depth to be the same and points just sharper. These are difficult to sharpen.

These people are the best
These people are the best. I used an electric sharpener and completely ruined a serrated shun bread knife. They put an entirely new edge on it. Saved one of my favorite knives! Great job!!!

SO EASY!
SO EASY! Clearest communications and instructions ever! Easy to ship in provided envelope and super quick service in getting my knives sharpened and returned to me in top shape. I have Cutco knives, which I know can be sharpened for free by any salesperson. Sharpenter's takes it to a much higher level and they don't try to upsell you on more knives!

Oh what an EDGE!!!!
Loved the quick turnaround and especially how sharp my newly returned knives are! There is nothing more depressing than trying to cook with dull knives! I have tried local professionals and home sharpeners that promised the world. NOTHING can come close to the edge my knives have from Sharpeners!!! I am a customer for life.
