I bought 2 items about 2 months ago. However, I only got one. I’ve been contacted to them about the second items and the lady name Pam, I believe she’s customer service manager responded me twice and promised she would take care of it. However, I keep waiting for the new but so far I still haven’t got my second item yet. Plus, she has been ignored my letter without response. So so mad and disappointed about them. 2 shapers cost me almost 200usd. It’s absolutely horrible company. I will never go back and recommend to anyone.

The worst company to deal with. Bought surgical bra based on their size chart. It looked like it would fit a pre-teen girl & was too small. Didn't even try it on. I wanted to return it but it's a big ordeal. You have to e mail multiple times & your given the run around. It was a headache just to get authorization going back and forth. They charge 25% re stocking fee and they make the customer pay for shipping it back. They said they can only exchange but won't refund. I was told it's subject to inspection once they receive it and if it looked like it was worn, tried on, or didn't come in the original package, they would not return it. I have yet to see my replacement. Their size chart for this item was in inaccurate! This is not my fault. They made me mail it to a PO Box. I have never before experienced such horrible customer service. I am dissatisfied. I will be in touch with my credit card company and report this. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

Worst customer service as in none. They say item returnable in 14 days for refund, then ignore all my attempts to contact them to get the required authorization. oh, and 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. if you return the item (if you can get a response before the required 14days) written at the very bottom of the page in small print under terms it says they charge 25% restocking fee plus original shipping fees! I would've never ordered had I seen this farce of a satisfaction guarantee. How are they still in business?

I have never in my life experienced customer service like this company. 25% fee on returning items - yes - spend $100 and get $75 back It says all over the site in big writing that you can return products by X date. But then in the smallest smallest writing somewhere at the bottom of the page, it has the rule that returns have a 25% restocking fee. When I wrote for a refund and they said there was a 25% restocking fee, I struggled to find the comment on the site - as mentioned - small small writing. It's very unfair 25% is utterly ridiculous. You buy a bra for $100 - it doesn't fit and you get $75 back. And you have to pay postage. I ordered about 10 bras and only 3 fit (which is a fair ratio - every woman knows that you would never walk into a bra store and ever bra fit - this NEVER happens). So I had to return the items which didn't fit BUT - the returns are ridiculously convoluted. You have to send a photo of every bra and it's tags in it's packaging. They gave me more than one address - I had to send some bras to x address, and some to y address, so increasing the costs to return. The clearly use a supplier and when you return, you had to sent to them! Ridiculous, you should send all back to Shapeware and they deal with the product THEN - here's the other dodgy thing - I send these off insured and signature signed. So i KNOW they received them. But the still wouldn't refund without proof of the postage reference numbers!!! Dodgy as hell since they absolutely had received them In fact, I had actually sent through pictures of the bras (in the packaging), and i had sent through the postage receipts, and when I chased to the refund they said I need to send through the photos and proof of delivery. So i had to find those 2 emails and re-forward I complained about the refund as being ridiculous - given every company I know gives 100% back, and they agreed to 15% but this is still crazy ABSOLUTE JOKE People - I know you won't see the fine print in small writing where you won't see it - but beware - returns lose you 25%!!!!!! And it's the most insanely convoluted difficult process in history to return as well Avoid like the plague
