Just adding to the chorus of voices letting you know that this is a scam company. They never delivered the products I ordered and are insisting that I deal with the “lost” package through the USPS (they did not insure it) and the police. Do not buy from this company. They will steal your money any way they can.

Buyer BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! If you buy a product and keep it ok BUT returning is a F’nNightmare!!!!!! 25% restocking fee for a size I did not order and the size I did order is not in-stock but the site says it is not only is it false advertising but all ShapewearUSA satisfaction guarantees are complete BS!! ShapewearUSA is basically a broker and a
scammer!! After emails back and forth. No shipping labels and if you ordered from different designers/manufacturers they’re are different addresses to mail back at your expensive! They also require photos and at their discretion can reject them. Again, even after you paying to mail back they charge 25% restocking!!! Im sure it’s not the designer/manufacturer charging this fee it’s the broker ShapewearUSA skimming 25%. Please DO NOT BUY from them! you can buy the same items else where. SKIMS products are good too. I have bought the same items elsewhere return them with their shipping label, hassle free 100% refunded. WARNING DO NOT BUY from ShapewearUSA!! They are a scam and their satisfaction guarantees are nothing but FALSE advertising!

This company is a complete scam. Buyer beware. Their site reviews are completely fictional. $456 spent, no product received, order never even processed.
Buyer beware. This company is a complete scam. I placed an order on 1/20 with expensive 1 day shipping. As of today, 2/2, my order still hasn’t been processed or shipped, my emails to their customer service department have been ignored, and I filed a dispute with my bank and the BBB. Compression garments are time sensitive. I was given a shoddy excuse from “Steve” (sjones at shapewearusa.com) who’s in charge of order processing, and then he just started ignoring my emails entirely. $456 is a lot of money to spend on a product that never arrives.
After filing a dispute with my bank and including screenshots of proof (emails sent to the company, my order receipt, and a photo of the status of the order via their website) my bank refunded me the money. But I want additional resolution. Shapewear USA needs to remove all of their fake reviews from their site. This is false advertising, total deception, and it’s completely UNACCEPTABLE to mislead people into believing their company is reputable whatsoever. I have never had an issue with any other company to this degree- never processing an order, never shipping a product, flat out refusing a refund on an order that was not received within the timeframe I PAID for is absolutely criminal. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. The BBB needs to regulate companies that profit off stealing people’s money.
I have a plethora of material evidence to support the statements I am making in this review. If there was an option to post them here I would, just to solidify my claims and to prevent others from losing their money.

Wish I had looked into this company prior to purchase. It is a scam.
I did not research this company prior to purchase, but why would I for a $100 purchase when the website indicates guaranteed free shipping and exchanges for sale items and guaranteed free shipping and exchanges for non-sale items. I wish I had known this company was all over BBB before, but I looked into them after I began to have issues with them returning/exchanging 2 items.
They have tons of BBB complaints and I will be filing one as well. This appears to be a fraudulent company selling knock offs or swag aka not properly obtained and/or sold. I did some research after dozens of emails back and forth and it is a “company” based in Chicago with no customer service, literally its 2 people, they identify themselves as “Pam” and “Steve”.
The items in question were sent via regular US mail in manila envelopes that could be purchased anywhere like office depot, amazon, etc., with no tracking. The item arrived in a plastic bag with a printed label on the plastic bag stating the size. The website information on size and actual size information even on the printed insert are different. One item was tagless and the size was inside the back area. The other item, the sale item, had no tag, no name brand markings etc. It was allegedly a size smaller than the one that looked like and actual brand but when they are side by side the no name one looks like it is twice the size.
Upon receiving the first item and noticing that the printed sizing information was different than on the site, I contacted the company. I was given the run around for over a week. I was told I would have to buy a label from them to return it even for an exchange so after about a week of debate I insisted on returning instead. Then I was told they didn’t take certain brands back and they tried to deter the return. The brand I purchased was not in the ones listed so I insisted on an RMA number and return label. The company then said it couldn’t be returned because it was on sale. It wasn’t on sale so I insisted again on an RMA and return label. The company then stated I would have to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee, so much for 90-day guarantee and no hassle returns or exchanges.
I contacted them back stating this was not clearly marked on the website and they need to give me a refund and allow the return which was clearly allowable under what they themselves had advised were their policy and procedures. As I kept insisting on, at first, an exchange then later a full return, they kept changing what their policies and return requirements were after my order kept matching them. After I advised them it was not legal or ethical to keep changing policies that are not listed anywhere, they just stopped responding. I then researched the company and saw all the BBB complaints. The company claims it is a shopper verified company but that is a paid service aka they pay a company to claim they are reputable to have the bad reviews and complaints off set.
While trying to get the first item returned, I received the second item I ordered. Again, no labels attached to the item, no label in the garment nor was one printed inside. The size was printed on a plastic bag on a plain label that could be printed at home. When I picked up the item it showed the item was about twice the size of the other item, yet it was allegedly a smaller size. Imagine taking a XXXL shirt and labeling it as “Small.”
Based on what I have seen, I believe this company is repacking or reselling items that are possibly obtained via illegal methods or they are selling knock offs. Either way, this is not a legal, legitimate business operation. Any company that keeps changing their returns / exchange policy rules based on the order, has no phone number, uses a PO Box, has no legitimate shipping or work address and only has the same two people for “customer service” is clearly a scam company. Someone in Chicago if that is where they are actually located needs to shut them down.

Disappointing
Awful. Do not waste your money. The sizing is way off, the quality of product is poor and there are no refunds so you are stuck with a product you can not use. What a waste. Learned the hard way. I do not recommend doing business with this company. They do not stand behind their product.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Customer satisfaction is the last thing they are concerned about. I ordered a garment “overnight “ paying 35.00 for express service due to surgery . The website never showed the garment was out of stock. (Company error #1) Then I’m told it will be arriving in a few days. I make it clear that I can’t use it now and I want the order cancelled and a full refund. Company refuses to issue refund and days later when stock has arrived the order is shipped. (Company error #2) They are now saying there will be a 25% restocking charge. THIS IS THEIR ERROR! They take no responsibility, have no integrity and have no understanding of Customer Satisfaction. I intend to dispute the charge with my cc company. Please warn others via social media.

HORRIBLE customer service from Steve…
HORRIBLE customer service from Steve Johns. Worst business experience I have ever had and very harassing. Items came 2 weeks late when I paid for expedited shipping and he said "they were delivered". I no longer needed as had to go through another vendor. One item looks used.

False ads and poor customer service.
i purchased what should have been two zippered camisoles. It is called a post surgical camisole. I just had a double mastectomy for breast cancer and you are not allowed to lift your arms above your head for 6 weeks. i received camisoles without a zipper and when i asked to return they told me they did not qualify for a return. They are selling something that doesn't even work for a mastectomy patient.
