I mean seriously, response time was very fast, Myleene Miningrig and Julius TechAnalysis were specifically assigned to my issue regarding hardware wallet integration with Shapeshift and they were able to solve my problems swiftly and efficiently. Massive respect to Mr Voorhees and the team. Keep up the great work!

Setting up my ShapeShift and KeepKey wallet was a very frustrating experience and if it had not been for the informative emails from the customer service reps, I would still be having trouble. The chat box was a very easy way to get answers to simple questions and I was very pleased with my contact with them and would give them an " A ". But I must add that my preference for getting info is still personal contact by phone. Hope that happens soon. Joanne M.
