I ordered 3 bottles $ 80.00....order came only got 1 bottle...company will not answer me..Just ignores...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! SCAM!!!!

I would give this company zero stars. I ordered and received the $100.00 seat cover (in a timely fashion). My dog used it once. The second time i was going to use it, she jumped in the back seat to get in the car and as she was walking to the other side of the car, the middle support piece broke right in half. Cannot reach the company to ask about a return. When a hit their link for 'returns', i get "page not found." I wish I would have seen all these negative reviews before i ordered it. Buyer beware!!!!

Within 60 days, my dogs destroyed the seat cover. The base completely ripped from the seat back. Don’t waste your time or money

Purchased a backseat dog cover and on the second use it tore apart at one of the seams badly. It was over 30 days since its purchase although it was only used twice so no refund or customer support available. Goodbye hard earned money!!

Absolutely do NOT buy from Shaped Paws!!!!! There is NO customer service and NO WAY to return your order. I'm living proof that every bad review is true. I've tried at least 6 times to contact them but all I get is NOTHING. Sadly the product seems pretty good but you can't return it. Also it comes from China (of course) so it literally took an entire month to get. If you're lucky enough to read this review Absolutely don't buy it from Shaped Paws!!!

This place is a scam. I ordered a hard bottom seat cover for $103.94 and all I received in the mail was the free doggy seatbelt. Because I received the doggy seatbelt in a separate box the US Postal Service said the entire order was delivered so Shaped Paws refused to believe me, give me a refund, or send me a hard bottom seat cover saying that it was already delivered. I told them that it was not delivered and all I received was the free doggy seatbelt. They did not care. So I contested the charge on the card. My credit card sided with them and I still have to pay for a product that I never received. Shaped paw just took $103.94 of my money and never gave me anything

DO NOT BUY! Ordered from them - they have a Chicago address (fake?) but their order ships directly from China. The order never arrived - it’s been almost 2 months and the tracking still says it’s somewhere in transit (no details). I asked them for a refund but they said that it’s coming, and denied my request. My credit card company returned my money no problem, which was lucky. Then the company had the balls to email me asking me to return that money to them!!!!

This company is a scam...China based. Ordered my item 3 months ago & nothing. I have written to them & asked then demanded a refund & again nothing. Don't waste your time nor send any money to this so-called company. The website shows all types of media endorsements & that is a lie. If zero was available that is what they would get
