I joined Content Growth Engine hoping to overcome a problem I had struggled with for about a year: perfectionism that kept me making videos without finishing them. I wanted structure, accountability, and support to help me move forward. The money-back guarantee was a major reason I enrolled. In promotional videos and during my one-on-one sales conversations, I was assured that the program would be refundable if it didn’t work. I signed up the very day I was laid off. I was vulnerable and looking for a way forward, and those assurances helped convince me to take what felt like a leap of faith. I want to be fair: I have not been able to put the time and effort into the program that I originally intended. I take responsibility for that, and I cannot evaluate the results of fully completing it. What I can speak to is my experience with the sales process and the support afterward. Since enrolling, I have received only two Discord messages from the team, and my emails have gone unanswered. When I reached out because I wanted to speak with someone about getting properly started, I was told there would be no refund. My attempts to continue the conversation have since been ignored. That has been especially upsetting given the reassurance I received before paying. I believed I was joining a program that would support new creators through their difficulties. Instead, I have felt dismissed when asking for help. It has now been two months, and I have not yet spoken to a coach. The feedback I received from the customer success manager was basic and largely amounted to telling me what I had done well. I needed specific, actionable guidance about what to improve and how to move forward. The possibility of a monthly $1,000 charge is now hanging over me while I feel I am getting little value from the program. I have also been disappointed with the recommended editing tools. The Icahn method, as I experienced it, felt too close to reproducing other creators’ work for my comfort. I recognize that some people have had positive experiences and benefited from the program. My experience has been different. What I hoped would help me move forward has become one of the biggest sources of stress in my life. I feel embarrassed about joining under these circumstances, but I’m sharing my experience so someone in a similar position can make a more informed decision. Before enrolling, get the exact refund conditions and support commitments in writing. The gap between the reassurance I received during signup and the response afterward has left me feeling deeply let down.

Daniel Smylie is who I worked with during my time during the Content Growth Engine. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the course due to work and life constraints, I very much enjoyed working with Daniel He was very understanding and helpful during my time when I could put in the time! He always kept a smile and answered my questions about the course content and how to best direct my YouTube efforts. He always offered encouragement when I was feeling uncertain about the course and how to move forward, which I very much appreciated. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Jimmy Marshall had been great! I initially wanted to start a family channel with my husband and my two kids, who are absolutely amazing! I am very camera shy which is why I wanted them to come on the journey with me. I have coined myself as the Behind the Scenes Queen but have realized that this is something that I need step out own my own and with the help of Jimmy I am going to do just that! He helped me see that I have a lot of valuable information to share and how I can still include my family without having them on camera.

Absolutely. I’d make the Jimmy part feel personal and fun without making the review sound exaggerated or fake. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had a great experience with Content Growth Engine and the team so far. I've learned a lot from the program, and I've really enjoyed working with everyone involved. What has impressed me most is how gracious and accommodating they've been. I wasn't as active as I needed to be for a period of time and wasn't able to take full advantage of everything the program offered. Rather than simply letting my time run out, the team allowed me to essentially start back at the beginning and gave me a full extension so I could properly go through the program, implement the process, and take advantage of all the coaching and support. I really appreciate them doing that, especially because they didn't have to. It showed me that they genuinely want to give me the opportunity to succeed rather than just watching the calendar. And I have to give a special shout-out to Jimmy — greatest coach ever! 😂 He's not only been extremely helpful and supportive, he's also just a cool guy to work with. Having someone you actually enjoy talking to while also holding you accountable and helping you move forward makes a huge difference. I'm still actively going through the program and working toward my goals, so my journey isn't finished yet. But based on my experience with the program, the way the team has worked with me, and the support I've received from Jimmy, it's absolutely been a five-star experience so far. I'm excited to see where things go as I continue building my YouTube channel and growing my business, and I'll be happy to update my review with my results as I progress.

I am just loving the experience. I am so glad that I found it and I cannot wait to continue growing. My mentor, great, Matt, amazing. This man should be the mentor for everybody. Don't care what nobody else says, but give I five out of five, 10 out of 10. Love it. I am so excited for this opportunity that I was given.

I feel the same way about the one star reviews, however, i am man enough to give this guy 2 stars for effort. It seems that he plays on peoples emotions and asks them to interact, and then he slowly sites some overly inflated values for his software. then at the very end he springs on you, after you signed up for his "classes: that its 1000 USD per month and then says that he wouldnt give you access to his AI Assesment tools without listening to him again. So, its a hard sell and I wouldnt recommend him to other small businesses looking to grow on YouTube. I have experienced similar guys and i always stop following them.
