We are only a small business and we do our best to provide good products and service but we’ve seen other boutiques with a store credit return policy only. Our return policy is clearly outlined on our website so when you agree to shop at our store, you agree to adhere to the return policy. You can always return it to us and we will issue a store credit which you can use anytime. You can always message us and we will assist you with the return process. I hope you understand.

Hi Ms. Hendy, I am so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We would like to clear the matter. You had used a discount code (10% off) when you placed the order and this was deducted to your store credit less the return label cost. In this case, the total amount paid for the item was only for $169.2 - $35 so the total store credit issued was only $134.20. We are sorry for any confusion.
