The clothing items did not arrive in their original packaging and they smelled very badly! I was hoping to gift these items but without their original boxes and smelling so terribly I cannot gift them. Seems like they may be fakes.

The worst I didn’t even receive any thing yet … and i told every one don’t trust this website they put delivery after one week and now its one month!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ms. Dalal, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay. We had issues in moving our old stocks to our new warehouse which we hadn't anticipated. But all are back to normal now and I can assure you that orders are shipped within 24 hours.

I was very excited to start shopping with Shan and Toad and was looking forward to receiving the cute things we ordered. When we received the items, there was a rank odor coming from the boxes, we opened them to found the items smelled even worse. We removed the packaging from the items and they were damp and reeked so we immediately put them in the washer to see if we could get the smell out. We have washed them twice and the smell remained. We reached out to customer service and they said "Can you try to hang out the clothes for a day? The smell would disappear. I hope this works for you. If not, please let us know and we'll see what we can do." Along with that, in one of the packages, there was a large TICK sealed into the bag with the item. It was absolutely disgusting and disturbing. They company responded in a timely manner but only offered a gift card of $10, not a refund, a GIFT CARD so we would have to shop with them again. Also note, the gift card didn't even cover the cost of the shirt that had the tick in it + tax + shipping. What a joke. They should be embarrassed about the situation they put their customers in and what they think is appropriate to reimburse a customer for an atrocious experience.

We have refunded your payment for the shirt and if you wish to return all the items, we sent you the return label as well but we didn't hear back.
