I have contacted the customer service several times, and they have always been accommodating and very helpful. They have an amazing reward program that helps you save a lot of money. I had purchased several items and they were all beyond gorgeous but one was too small. The customer service team was so helpful with offering an exchange for a bigger size and had the whole thing taken care of in less than 24 hours including the bigger size being shipped out proactively. Will absolutely shop with S&T in the future ❤️
